Sessions beat docs as training data
A wiki says what should happen. A session shows what someone did when the ticket was incomplete.
Docs are intentions. Sessions are what experts actually do when the work is interrupted, ambiguous, or half-broken.
A useful trace includes what they opened, which tools they called, what they tried and threw away, and how they recovered. That’s closer to operational skill than a polished postmortem.
Midbar trains on those traces. Not to cheaply imitate a frontier model. To put a specific job into weights your organization owns.
